Your community.
Your hub.
Your future.

CARE AFRICA does not go where it is not invited. Every hub is requested by the community, consented to by the community, and governed by them.

Register your community today. Every registered community goes on the national hub priority map. The communities with the greatest need, the strongest consensus, and government support get hubs first β€” but every community deserves to be counted.

How to get a hub for your community

1
πŸ“‹

Register Your Community

Any community can register β€” village, ward, estate, settlement, IDP camp. Just your community name, location (LGA and state), approximate population, and a community leader's contact details. Takes 5 minutes.

2
πŸ—³οΈ

Community Consent Vote

CARE AFRICA requires documented community consent before any hub deployment. We provide the vote framework. Your community holds an open meeting, documents the agreement, and submits it through the platform.

3
πŸ›οΈ

Hub Council Formation

The community elects a Hub Council β€” minimum 5 members, 40% women required. The council is CARE AFRICA's governance partner on the ground. They oversee the hub and are accountable to the community.

4
πŸ“

Hub Request Submission

Submit a formal hub request with community need data β€” maternal health, school access, water, electricity. CARE AFRICA scores the request against the deprivation model and prioritises accordingly.

5
🀝

Government Endorsement

CARE AFRICA facilitates the LGA Chairman and State Government endorsement process. We prepare the documentation. The community validates it. Government signs.

Fundraising & Build

Once scored, endorsed, and funded β€” the hub is built. Community members are prioritised for construction labour. Local contractors are used for ground works. The hub opens within 8 weeks of breaking ground.

Start with one step

Register your community. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. But it puts your community on the map β€” and on the list. The communities that engage earliest are the ones that get hubs first.
