Give your time.
Change a community.
CARE AFRICA volunteers are doctors, engineers, teachers, developers and coordinators who give weeks, months or ongoing time to build the infrastructure Nigeria needs. Your skills matter more than your background.
Skills we need right now
We accept volunteers across six disciplines. Every role is matched to a specific programme need β nothing is busywork.

Teachers & Tutors
Primary and secondary educators, literacy coaches and digital skills trainers working with connected schools and adult education centres.
Engineers & Builders
Civil, electrical and solar engineers supporting hub construction, maintenance and infrastructure upgrades across LGAs.
Tech & Data
Developers, data analysts, UX designers and AI specialists contributing to the CARE AFRICA platform and community-facing tools.
Admin & Coordination
Programme managers, community coordinators, logistics officers and translators supporting field operations across all 6 pillars.
Remote Volunteers
Content creators, researchers, grant writers, translators and social media managers contributing from anywhere in the world.
