Every Nigerian child deserves
a connected classroom
Over 10 million Nigerian children are out of school. Millions more attend schools with no electricity, no books, and no data. CARE AFRICA Smart Schools bring digital infrastructure, parent communication, and scholarship pathways to every partnered school.
01 β What Smart Schools Get
Six features that transform a school
Every registered Smart School receives all six features as a unified platform β from the first day of registration.
Digital Attendance
Teachers mark attendance on a tablet or phone each morning. Parents receive an SMS if their child is absent. Chronic absenteeism is flagged automatically to the head teacher.
Results Management
Exam scores, continuous assessment marks, and term results are entered digitally. Report cards are generated automatically and sent home via the parent portal.
Teacher Portal
Lesson plans, scheme of work templates, WAEC syllabus alignment, CPD resources, and a direct line to the CARE AFRICA school coordinator β all in one place.
Parent Portal
Parents access their child's attendance, results, fees status, and school notices via USSD, the mobile app, or the web β in Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, or English.
Library System
Every Smart School receives a curated digital library with 2,000+ Nigerian and international titles. Books are accessible offline on school tablets.
Scholarship Pipeline
High-performing students are automatically surfaced to CARE AFRICA's scholarship programme. No form to fill. No connection needed. Merit is the only criterion.
