Solar Power System
5kW solar array with 20kWh lithium battery bank. Fully off-grid. Powers all hub equipment 24/7 with no fuel costs.
Community Broadband WiFi
Starlink satellite internet with local mesh network covering up to 500m radius. Speeds of 50–200 Mbps.
Digital Literacy Station
8 laptop workstations with offline content — Khan Academy, ALISON, BBC Bitesize — in Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo.
Health Screening Point
Blood pressure, blood glucose, temperature, weight/BMI monitoring. Data synced to national health records when connected.
Emergency Communications
Satellite phone, HF radio backup and local PA system. Contact with emergency services even during network outages.
Device Charging Station
20-port public charging station for phones, torches and radios. Free for community use — vital in off-grid areas.

Local Government Areas with below-average access to digital infrastructure, health facilities and schools. We use FMOH and NBS data to target the highest-need areas first.
Post-conflict communities
Communities rebuilding after displacement, insecurity or disaster. A Tier 1 hub provides immediate, resilient infrastructure — independent of damaged local systems.
