Institutional donor relationships for joint applications
Technical skills in healthcare, legal support, agriculture, environment, education, or operations
Geographic reach, especially in underserved North East and North West states
Advocacy and policy influence at national or international level
Governance
Partnership MOU framework
All NGO partnerships are formalised with a memorandum of understanding so the delivery model is clear, accountable, and safe for communities.
Safeguarding alignment
All partner NGOs must adopt WECARE.AFRICA safeguarding standards and PSEA policy, or an equivalent standard.
Data governance
NDPR-compliant data sharing agreement. Beneficiary data is never shared without consent. Platform access is role-based.
Financial transparency
Joint programme budgets are published through the WECARE.AFRICA transparency framework where applicable.
Impact reporting
Shared impact metrics are agreed upfront, with joint reporting to donors on attributable outcomes.
Exit planning
Partnerships define what happens to community relationships, infrastructure, and data if either party exits.
