Full maternity suite, digital school room, clean water and solar power β in a 3-unit campus that arrives fully fitted and ready to save lives from day one.
Delivery Room
Fully equipped obstetric delivery room with emergency resuscitation trolley, foetal heart monitor, delivery bed and sterile supply storage.
Antenatal Clinic
4-station antenatal clinic with ultrasound, iron and supplement dispensary, and nutrition counselling room. Weekly ANC clinics serving up to 60 women.
Postnatal Ward
6-bed postnatal recovery ward with individual privacy screens. Minimum 24-hour post-delivery observation for all mothers and newborns.
Digital Classroom
40-student smart classroom with interactive display, offline content library and WAEC/NECO exam preparation resources. Operates alongside health services.
Solar + Battery System
15kW solar array with 60kWh battery storage β enough for 24/7 clinical operation including refrigeration, lighting and medical equipment.
Clean Water & Sanitation
Solar-powered borehole with treatment plant, 10,000L storage tank, and separate gender-segregated sanitation blocks with handwashing stations.

Each Tier 2 hub operates with a defined staffing model from day one. Staff costs for the first 3 years are included in the hub funding package.
Lead Midwife
A qualified midwife manages all obstetric care, supervises clinical staff and leads maternal health outreach in the surrounding area.

Community Health Extension Worker
A CHEW from within the community provides daily health education, conducts home visits, and supports the midwife in the clinic.
