Executive Director
Leads day-to-day operations, programme delivery, and partnerships. Reports to the board.
Advisory Council
Senior advisors from health, education, government, and technology sectors. Non-executive.

Community Governance
Every Smart Hub is governed by a Community Hub Council — elected community members who oversee hub operations, resolve disputes, and ensure the hub serves all community members equitably. Community governance is a condition of every hub deployment.
